Low sugar bread flour

How to bake

Preparation Checklist

180ml fresh milk
33g unsalted butter
3g yeast powder

Notes

After the bread is baked, please take it out as soon as possible to avoid it being too hard
After taking out the bread, it is recommended to let it cool before slicing

Handmade mode (without bread machine)

Preparation Checklist

500g sugar and bread flour
360g milk
2 eggs
65g butter
6g yeast powder

Steps

1. Mix sugar, bread flour, milk, eggs and cream and knead into a dough

2. Let the noodles rest for about 15 minutes

3. Divide the dough into 3 parts, roll them into toast boxes

4. Set the oven to fermentation mode (35 degrees) and ferment for 80 minutes

5. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees

6. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes

Notes

After the bread is baked, please take it out as soon as possible to avoid it being too hard
After taking out the bread, it is recommended to let it cool before slicing
