U型螺旋輸送機，將欲處理物料送至碎解機。有機廢棄物中所含之有機硬物皆可直接碎解，不需再挑除，精密且高效率之碎解設備，在處理過程中不需添加水，即可將有機硬物碎解成漿狀物。

將碎解後之漿狀有機廢棄物輸送至裂解系統。碎解後之有機廢棄物殘渣產生數百倍作用表面積，再添加免堆微生物酵素及資材配方，可大幅縮短處理時間，並以負壓高溫（100℃以上）滅菌，達到速成處理效益，並使成品符合有機肥份。

The shattered organic waste residues are transported to a decomposing system. Addition of Composting-free microbial enzymes and supplementary materials shortens the processing time. Subsequently, residues are heated to 100℃ for sterilization. The product following this process can be readily used as organic fertilizer.
